Chapter IV · Being One
The maison's fourth chapter, Being One, was written for this day: macadamia with blueberry, hazelnut with strawberry, almond with cranberry — two lives in a single square, six gold-foil squares to a tin. Given whole, it is a gift for the couple; composed as favours, it is a way of thanking a room.
For favours, trousseau boxes and gifts for the families, write with the date and the number of tables. The atelier answers with a proposal — what can be composed depends on the batch, and batches are small.
