Shipping policy

This appendix records how a tin travels from the atelier to your door.

Every order is packed by hand at our atelier in Ponnani, Kerala, India, in protective packaging designed to keep the chocolate in perfect condition in transit.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days of payment confirmation. During festive periods or extreme weather we may take slightly longer, and we will keep you informed.

Delivery estimates

• Within Kerala — 2–4 business days after dispatch
• Rest of India — 3–7 business days after dispatch
• International — 7–21 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs processing

Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. A tracking link is emailed to you once your order ships.

Chocolate in transit

Chocolate is sensitive to heat. We may briefly hold dispatch during severe heat to protect the product; if we do, we will tell you.

International orders

Customers outside India are responsible for any import duties or taxes levied by the destination country. Delivery times may vary due to customs.
