This appendix records the terms on which the maison trades.

Products

We craft and sell single-origin chocolate and related goods. Product images are illustrative; minor variations in appearance are natural for handmade goods.

Orders

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order, for example where a product is unavailable or a pricing error occurs. A contract is formed when we dispatch your order and confirm dispatch to you.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees and include GST where applicable. Payment is collected at checkout through our authorised payment partners; we do not store your card details.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy, and cancellations, returns and refunds by our Return & Refund Policy. Both form part of these Terms.

Food information

Our chocolates contain dairy and soy and may contain nuts and other allergens; ingredients and allergen information are listed on each product's packaging. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, artwork, illustrations, photographs and brand marks, belongs to Yakob and Rahel LLP and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights available to you under applicable consumer protection law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Malappuram, Kerala shall have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer forum rights available to you.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; the version published on the Site at the time of your order applies to that order.
